Copper Club Scholarship
From inception, the Copper Club has made contributions, from accumulated excess funds, to causes and educational programs associated with the copper industry.
The Board of Directors voted that all excess funds be used to establish a Grants Program to assist exceptional students preparing for careers in fields related to maintenance and expansion of the copper industry.

ISEE Education Foundation Scholarship
Each year, the Scholarship Committee reviews and scores applications from students in a wide range of disciplines and makes awards ranging from $1,500 USD to $7,500 USD.
To be eligible for a scholarship, students must be, or plan to be, pursuing a technical, undergraduate, master’s or doctorate degree in fields of study related to the commercial explosives industries.

SME/WAAIME Scholarship
In the 100 year tradition, the WAAIME scholarship fundcontinues to provide financial support to students pursuing earth sciences degrees inlcuding mining, gealogical sciences, metallurgy, petroleum, mineral sciences, materials science, mineral economics, chemical engineering and other related studies.

In the 100 year tradition, the WAAIME scholarship fundcontinues to provide financial support to students pursuing earth sciences degrees inlcuding mining, gealogical sciences, metallurgy, petroleum, mineral sciences, materials science, mineral economics, chemical engineering and other related studies.
HUNTER FOWLES
RMCMI Scholarship
Given to students at a four-year school entering their junior or senior year. Students must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of one of the eight RMCMI member states and looking for a career in the coal industry.
The scholarships are $2,750 per year and may be given for up to two years. The selected students are also offered an all-expense paid trip to the RMCMI Annual Meeting and Convention in late June where they have the opportunity to meet industry leaders and attend all of the technical sessions.
